The grapes are vinified and refined separately followinga wine-making process that varies according to the climate of that particular year. The fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and is carried out at a controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES
This wine is obtained from the Ciliegiolo grapes of the individual plots where, every year depending on the climatic conditions, the vine gives the best of itself. The assemblage produces a single grape variety wine with an intense ruby color, with aromas of ripe fruits (particularly cherry and strawberry cherry), and sweet tannins. It has an excellent structure and is extremely pleasurable on the palate.
