WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes of the individual plots are harvested manually, then vinified and aged separately. The wine-making process varies according to the climate of that particular year. The fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and is carried out at a controlled temperature.
In oak barrels for 6/8 months. In the bottle for 6 months.
The wine is obtained from the Sangiovese grapes of the individual plotswhere, every year depending on the particular climate trend, the vinegives the the best of itself. The assemblage produces a single grape variety wine with a ruby red colour, aromas of red fruits, and velvety tannins. The taste is elegant and persistent, but not intrusive on the palate.
