WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes of the individual plots cultivated with Merlot are harvested manually, then vinified and aged separately. The wine-making process varies according to the climate of that particular year. The fermentation takes place withindigenous yeasts and is carried out at a controlled temperature.
In oak barrels for 6/8 months. In the bottle for 6 months.
This wine is obtained from the Merlot grapes ofthe individual plots where, every year depending on the climatic conditions, the vine is at its best. The assemblage produces a single grape variety wine of a ruby red color with violet notes, aromas of red berries and balsamic fruits, and sweet tannins.The taste is elegant and persistent, but not intrusive on the palate.
