Vermentino 85%, Fiano 15%.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes of the individual plots cultivatedwith Vermentino and Fiano di Avellino are harvested manually and then vinified. The vinification process begins with a cold maceration for about 3/6 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel with the addition of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
In steel containers on ‘noble’ lees for 3/4 months. In the bottle for 2 months.
The wine is obtained from the grapes of the individual plots where the two vines are cultivated. The assemblage results in a straw-coloured wine, with typical aromas of sage, acacia flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth, sensations of freshness and flavour. Excellent long-lasting taste.
