WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes come from specific rows (from 38c to 47c for theFiano and 33c to 37c for the Vermentino) from the Campo al Pino plot whose vines grow on magmatic-volcanic soil. The varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels (barriques) with selected yeasts.Ageing takes place still in the oak barrels and on fine lees , lasting 10 months.
In barriques for 10 months. In the bottle for 8 months.
This wine is obtained from the best grapes of each variety vinified separately, the aim being to enhance their distinctive traits. The assemblage results in a straw-colored wine with golden reflections, characterized by a a strong varietal expression, with notes of white fruits, vanilla and spices. On the palate it is a broad, fresh wine with savory and mineral features.
