Grapes variety: 100% sangiovese
Vinification: after a manual harvest and selection of the grapes, it is submitted to alcoholic fermentation without addition of yeasts and the maceration is in stainless steel under temperature controlled, not higher than 27°C for 18-20 days.
Ageing: in French oak barriques for 6 months and in glass for other 6 months.
Winemaker remarks: ruby red colour, aroma of ripen red fruits followed by spicy notes.
Pleasant taste, the flavour is elegant, balanced and of long persistence. The aftertaste confirms the sensation derived from the nose.
Matching: Great with meat, game and grilled meat, mature cheese.
