Grapes variety: 100% Vermentino
Vinification: After a manual harvest and selection of the grapes, the alcoholic fermentation is made in stainless steel without addition of yeasts and under temperature controlled.
Ageing: in bottles for almost 2 months.
Winemaker remarks: Yellow straw colour, typical aroma of sage, acacia flowers and tropical fruits. in the mouth is fresh, sapid and with a refreshing note of great tasting persistance.
Matching: Great as appetizer. It goes well with fish important dishes, crustaceans and fresh cheese.
