Grapes variety: Ciliegiolo 100%.
Vinification: Hand harvesting and sorting of grapes. Soft crushing and cold settling. Fermentation of free-run juice (without skins) occurs in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Ageing: Around 3 months ageing on the yeasts.
Winemaker remarks: Pale pink colour, red fresh fruit, strawberry and cherry aromas. Savoury palate, with a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste.
Matching: Enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany white meat and fried food.
