Grapes variety: 85% Sangiovese, 15% Teroldego.
Vinification: all the varieties are submitted to separate vinification. The alchoolic fermentation and the maceration is in stainless steel under temperature controlled not higher than 27°C and continues for 18-20 days.
Ageing: in French oak barriques for 2 months and in glass for other 2 months.
Winemaker remarks: red ruby colour, the aroma at firstly shows ripen red fruits sensations, followed by spicy notes and tobacco sensations. Pleasant taste with long persistence. Great with red meat, grilled and games meat and mature cheese.
